Rebe, Mim and Helen are putting together a glossy style bible for company staff, which lays down the law on everything from hair and make-up styles to how to wear the new uniform. Meanwhile, the pressure is on to get Virgin's new Dreamliner plane delivered on time from Boeing.

The airline's new director of communications hopes to meet her boss Richard Branson for the first time as he shoots a range of adverts for the brand in Florida. Head of customer experience Reuben is responsible for everything to do with how the airline looks and feels and is tasked with overseeing the company's first new TV ad campaign in two years.
