Help & FAQ

Simple answers for browsing, watching, downloads, TV episodes, and your account.

Browse and Search

How do I find something to watch fast?

Use the home page rows for quick picks, open Browse for filters, or use search when you already know the title.

What can I do on the Browse page?

Browse lets you switch between popular, trending, latest, upcoming, discover, and search. You can also load more results without losing your place.

Can I go back to something I searched before?

Recent searches and previous browse selections help you jump back into titles or filters you used before.

TV Shows

How do seasons and episodes work now?

Open the TV show page, pick a season from the season row, then choose an episode from the episode list below the player area.

Why don’t I see every season or episode at once?

Only 10 seasons and 10 episodes are shown at once. Use the “Go To More Seasons” and “Go To More Episodes” buttons to move through long-running shows.

What happens when I pick another episode?

When you choose a new episode, the player and download area update for that episode on the same page.

Watching

How do I change the video provider?

Use the provider buttons above the video player to switch sources. mMystiq is listed first, and extra providers are available as backups.

What should I do if a player does not work?

If one provider is slow or unavailable, switch to another provider button. Different sources may work better depending on the title or your device.

Does playback work on mobile?

The player area is responsive, so on mobile the same provider buttons and video controls remain available in a simpler stacked layout.

Downloads

How do downloads work?

Open the Downloads section, tap “Load Links,” choose a quality, then choose a server. The selected server shows speed, quality, size, and file details.

Why are there multiple servers for one quality?

Some titles return multiple links for the same quality. Those are grouped together so you can switch between Server 1, Server 2, Server 3, and more.

Why don’t I see every quality on every title?

If a quality or server is missing, that source may not be available for that title right now.

Accounts

Do I need an account to use the app?

No. You can browse, search, and build a watchlist as a guest. Signing in helps keep your data across devices.

What happens after I sign in?

Your local watchlist and recent searches can be merged into your account when you sign in, so they stay available on another device.

What sign-in options are available?

You can sign in with email and password, or with any provider shown on the login screen such as Google, GitHub, or Microsoft when available.

Getting Around

How do I save something for later?

Use the watchlist button on any movie or TV page to save it. You can open your saved items from the Watchlist page.

How can I discover similar titles?

The “More Like This” row helps you keep exploring from the current title without going back to search.

Where can I get help inside the app?

Use the FAQ button in the header any time you want quick help with browsing, playback, downloads, or your account.

Rights and DMCA

Who owns the content shown in the app?

All movies and TV shows belong to their respective owners. mMystiq does not claim ownership of any title, artwork, or brand shown on the platform.

How do DMCA or copyright complaints work?

If you are a rights holder and need something reviewed, please send a proper DMCA or copyright notice with the title details and the affected page link so it can be checked quickly.

What happens after a valid takedown request?

When a valid takedown request is received, the affected page, link, or related access path can be reviewed and removed as needed.

Quick Tips

If something does not load, try another video provider, switch download servers, or open a different quality. For long TV shows, use the season and episode paging buttons to move through the list faster.
