An unexpected family bereavement sees Nev called back to Swansea. In his absence, managers Dwayne and Johnny are left in charge of getting Nev's new trainee agents through a make-or-break test. Meanwhile, Dwayne de-stresses with an early morning dose of laughter yoga and tea lady Hayley finally gets her hands on a trolley

Nev is still in Swansea dealing with the unexpected death of his father, so his managers Dwayne and Johnny are left in charge. It's up to them to get the India-based trainees through a final test so they can finally start making calls to the UK. Meanwhile, tea lady Hayley attempts to cook her first curry from scratch for the workforce. Nev later returns to India in the hope that his call centre has gone live - but has it?
