upon learning the name of the person who has inherited Anna’s sixth portion of his property, Sarita raises a ruckus. Anna’s wife is compelled to reveal a secret from his past. Dattaram’s son Ganesh, who had left the house, suddenly returns home that night.

the information that Ganesh gives to Dadi leaves her stunned. On Anna’s ‘Terahvin’, Raghu gives a warning regarding the property at Devpurush. Going against his family, Abhiram promises to marry Devika. Suddenly, the house catches fire.

Neelima reads out the will. It states that Sushma will stay with the family members, which causes an uproar. Sushma’s attitude changes as soon as she steps inside the house and strange things begin to occur. Everybody is left astounded upon seeing Neelima.

Raghu warns the family members to not step outside after dark, but Ganesh still does so. He blames Sushma for the strange occurrences in the house. Neelima remains adamant about returning to Mumbai. The contents of the suitcase shock everyone.

after Madhav's health worsens, Neelima decides to prove the family’s superstition as false. The family learns that according to the will, a land has also been given to Nene, the lawyer. They suspect that Nene has been conspiring against them.
