When a patient comes in for a cervical screening test, the socially evasive Steph does everything she can to ensure the procedure goes as quickly as possible, but soon her escalating attempts to cut the visit short bring disastrous results. Meanwhile, Langdon attempts to evade a Loan Shark who is pursuing him for his student debt.

When an outbreak of crabs rocks a local retirement village, Langdon and Steph head out to investigate, but before they can successfully treat the randy octogenarians Steph must get over her childhood fear of the elderly and Langdon must learn to stop treating old people like children.

When a local radio DJ who Steph admires comes in for a checkup, Steph tries to do whatever she can to act normal, and ensure her hero doesn't think she's weird.

When Steph becomes irritated by her perpetually upbeat colleague, she decides to get even with Langdon by sending him on a mission to check the prostate of a dangerous bikie gang leader, pushing Langdon's can-do nature to the limit.

When Langdon's father shows up for a testes check, Steph brings a group of medical students in to observe the procedure in order to teach her colleague a much needed lesson in patient privacy, but soon finds that she may have pushed Langdon too far.

When a video of Steph accidentally burning a rainbow flag goes viral, Steph is branded as a homophobe, despite being part of the LGBTI community herself. Langdon attempts to help her remedy the situation by putting on a pride celebration rally at the clinic.

When Graft finally makes good on her threat to close down Metro Sexual, Langdon decides to put on a musical to save the clinic with his new theatre actor boyfriend Tim, but Steph is dubious of Tim and suspects his motives might not be entirely pure.
